Seriously need to think about where to apply for graduate school.

Anyone know if there are any rankings for bioinformatics schools out there? It seems that these programs are relatively new and so not much info on how good they are.

Also, dilemma: is a phd in bioinformatics the way to go? Or specialize in a specific field and then do work in bioinformatics?
