:: Rope Burn : 5-5:25pm with Dave
:: Great workout, does a lot in only 20 minutes
:: While last time, I had to stop for water like 3 times, this time I managed to jump continuously for 20 minutes, excluding trips over the rope (mostly due to the fact that I brought my own lightweight rope instead of using their heavy beaded one.) =)
