So, how to learn Chinese all over again? I took it in high school and in college and absolutely hate doing skits. I need people to talk to around here. That's why I miss Kathy being here to help me with Cantonese. She didn't mind my mistakes.

There isn't even a class here at Berkeley for Cantonese. We must not let Mandarin take over completely! =) Extension offers it, but I ain't gonna pay all that money to relearn my first language. Perhaps I should just stick around to talk to my cleaning ladies. I bet they laugh everytime they see me because I can't even remember how to say statistics in Cantonese!

Anyhoo, here's another idea: since I keep replaying these songs without ever knowing what they mean, I should just learn from them!

Learn the lyrics here! But the sucky thing about this site is that they only offer simplified characters. I've refused to learn simplified ever since high school, so I'm not sure what I'm gonna do. Anyone else know of a site that offers traditional? =)
