Headache yesterday
Threw up twice
And had to intermittantly sleep from 4-12 with the throwing up in between

Two days ago, headache
Took two pills
Caffeine intake
Happy peppy for over 12 hours
To do my job for the department

Didn't get any work done.
Big trouble.
Feel better this morning
Feel better in general about life now that

Research and retreat
So little time
